All prices are in U.S. dollars. Our
e-store is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a week! However, being a
family business, we take weekends and evenings off. We'll almost always
answer your email within 2 business days (Monday - Friday).
We accept PayPal for credit card, e-check, or
existing balance payments. Items purchased with an e-check will not be
shipped until the balance has cleared. Your credit card statement will
read "The Essence of Eve" for items purchased through PayPal.
Our shopping cart is set to automatically
send you a confirmation of your order. Don't panic if this
doesn't happen, some spam blockers will not allow emails from our
system to reach you. If you paid with PayPal, you will get a
confirmation from PayPal and you can rest assured that we received your
order! We don't send out any other confirmation emails, as all that
emailing is time consuming and I'm sure you'd rather our time be spent
preparing and shipping your order. We know it's scary to spend money
online, especially if you've never done business with us before, but we
have a 100% customer satisfaction rating with PayPal.

| Shipping to the United States and Canada
is only $1.00 for any size order! International shipping is
billed at a $4.00 flat rate. International customers including Canadian
customers are responsible for any additional import fees or duties
imposed by your country. We will not misrepresent your order on customs
forms.
Shipping is either USPS First Class or USPS
Priority depending on the size of your order. We cannot be responsible
for packages lost in the mail. We track all orders within the United
States by delivery confirmation. Insurance is always available for an
additional charge. Please contact us via email
if you'd like to insure your order.
We
endeavor to ship in stock items within 1-3 business days after
purchase. We ship Monday through Friday. In stock orders will always be
shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom orders
may take up to up to 15 business days to ship. Saturdays, Sundays, and
all US Federal holidays are not considered "business days". Please be
aware that holidays often slow the mailing process.

| We want you to be happy with your order and will do
our best to resolve any issues. Due to the personal nature of the
products, we are not able to accept returns except in the case of
material defect. If you are unsure if cloth is for you, we recommend
making a small initial purchase to test fit and function before
investing in our products. Carefully inspect your purchase upon receipt
for order accuracy. Check fit and quality prior to washing or wearing. We
will not accept for return any items in washed or worn condition.
If you
discover a product defect, you may return within 30 days of purchase at
your shipping expense. Your return shipping may be reimbursed (at our
discretion - USPS first class ONLY) if the wrong product was sent to
you or your item is found to be defective. You must contact us
via
email prior to return with the details of your product issue
prior to return. You may receive replacement, repair, store
credit, or a cash refund at our discretion upon return.
We do not guarantee nor will we
replace, refund, or repair any items purchased second hand.
